What if I need to cancel my class?


No problem! If you need to cancel a class, please do it, via your personal account on Studiobookings. If you do this no later than 12 hours prior to the start time, the class will then be credited back to you.




What do I need for a ‘Pilates Plus’ class in the Love Lagree studio ?


If it’s your first visit to the studio, please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts so we can familiarise you with the Megaformer. We recommend you use Grip Socks to help with stability. These are available for purchase in the studio.




How can I join a live ONLINE class (Microformer or Mat)?


Live online classes on the Microformer and Mat are delivered via the Zoom app. You can download this for iOS or Android. When you book an online class, the link will be sent directly to your email via StudioBookings (you may need to check your spam folder if you don’t see it).




How can I follow a Pre-Recorded Class?


Pre-Recorded classes are available on request and if you're interested in these, please contact me via: hello@lovelagree.com Pre-recorded classes are shared via the Vimeo platform.




How do I book a class on a desktop computer?


Select ‘Classes’ from the Menu on the website.
Find the class you wish to attend/join then click the green 'Book now' button as shown below'
Select your class in the pop-up which appears. You can also choose to book this class in the future. Click the blue 'Book Now' button.
You will then see the following message: "The classes have been booked successfully".
Also, your chosen class will also now show as: "Booked".




How do I book a class using the StudioBookings mobile App ?


Download the Studio Bookings app from the iOS or Android app store. Search for ‘Love Lagree’ and you will then see our name and logo. Then click on "Log in" at the bottom of the screen. Insert your username and password (see image below) and then click Submit. You can also use facial recognition to access the app, if your phone offers this. The next time you open the app you will see the log in screen immediately and will not need to search for us.




What equipment do I need for an ONLINE class (Mat class)?


For online Mat Work classes, if you’re training on a carpet, you may need to go barefoot if you’re using paper or plastic plates or fitness sliders. If you’re on a wooden floor, you’ll need slippy socks or two hand towels or dusters and a small mat, of any type, to protect your knees.
You will also need a pair of small dumbbells (between 0.5 and 2kg is recommended) OR anything you have at home of a similar weight (wine bottles and tins work well).
