Love Lagree was founded in 2019 by former professional dancer Lorraine Jenkins. After a successful career in dance and having travelled all over the world Lorraine moved back to her roots and set up a Lagree studio.

Lorraine has trained in Los Angeles with Sebastien Lagree, the founder of this unique fitness method. She was also a lead trainer in one of Europe’s most successful studios.
Lorraine fell in love with Lagree the minute she started and knew it was something special.

She’s passionate about helping people feel good about themselves and creates a friendly, welcoming environment.

The founder

Lorraine is a professional dancer/teacher and fully qualified PT, she has a highly successful track record and has worked with clients from all over the world.

When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys good food and fine wine!

Love Lagree is:

Demanding, challenging and rewarding but absolutely worth it!
Favourite mega move:

Scrambled egg and cobra
What to expect from my classes:

High energy, motivating, definitely challenging but most importantly fun!

Patsy is an experienced fitness instructor, passionate about making exercise fun and accessible for all.

When she’s not on the mega she’s running around after her young daughter (which is a workout in itself), spending time with her husband and enjoying long walks with her dog.

Love Lagree is:

Her happy place! Where everyone looks out for each other, and supports you on your fitness goals.

Favourite mega move:

Super lunge

What to expect from my class:

Lots of energy, great music and never the same class twice! Oh and of course, the famous Lagree shake!

When Ellie's not on the mega she’s a chemotherapy nurse and loves how through both she can help people at all different points of their health journey.

In her free time she enjoys eating good food, sipping (too much) champagne and spending time with friends and family.

Love Lagree is:

A community where everyone gets to know each other. You really feel like you are part of a family when you come to a class!

Favourite mega move:

Plank to pike or tailbone angel!

What to expect from my class:

Lots of heavy spring upper and lower body movements for the ultimate burn!
