Our online Lagree-style Mat Work classes are based on the principles of the Lagree Fitness method.
During the 45-minute sessions, you’ll be taken through a range of slow, resistance based movements. These are similar to the routines that are performed on a Megaformer or a Microformer but, of course, these are all done on a mat, at home.
The workouts are great for toning the body and burning fat. We also keep our class sizes small to create a great community atmosphere.

How to get the most from Mat Work classes at home
If you’re training on a carpet, you may need to go barefoot, if you’re using paper or plastic plates or fitness sliders, for the movement elements. If you’re on a wooden floor, you’ll need slippy socks or two hand towels or dusters and a small mat, of any type, to protect your knees.
You will also need some light weights. A pair of small dumbbells work well (between 0.5 and 2kg is recommended) OR anything you have at home of a similar weight is just as good (wine bottles and tins work well!).

- Thursdays – 10am & 6.30pm
(Classes start from Thursday 6th August)
- Mondays – 7.30pm
- Wednesdays – 6.15am & 12.30pm
- Thursdays – 7.30pm
- Fridays – 6.15am
All Mat Work classes will now be £4.50. This is because we’re using an online system which requires a nominal fee but does make booking much quicker and easier (also please DO NOT use PayPal or BACS any longer). The good news is Mat Work classes are now 45 minutes.
All Microformer classes will be 50 minutes.
