"For those that know me, they know how much I bang on about Lagree.

It’s the hardest but best exercise I’ve ever done', is my typical response. I normally describe it as a high intensity-low impact workout, which is a combination of full body strength, cardio, balance, toning and endurance. Ultimate mind-over-matter exercise and nothing like I’ve done before.

"I am passionate about health and fitness. For me, exercise is non-negotiable. I enjoy the physical and health benefits and how it makes me feel.

"My friend, Alex, introduced me to Love Lagree and since then I’ve been hooked. Using the unique Megaformer machine, combined with a whole lot of determination, resistance and lots of moves like squats, lunges, planks, push ups, bicep curls. It’s a twist on traditional exercises, taking them to a whole new level.

"[In a Love Lagree class], we work through sets lasting between 1-2 minutes, with varied resistance, using no power (it's not the environment to demonstrate how much weight you can handle and how quick you can move), we work at a slow, controlled pace. A key part is the mind-body connection. You are utterly present in that studio for 50 minutes, focusing on the control of each movement, sucking up the pain."

AFTER Lagree

"Not only is the energy in the classes great and massively motivating, but every session is slightly different, constantly pushing you to what you think is your limit.
