The Lagree fitness method is a unique, high intensity, low impact, full-body workout. My classes combine strength,endurance, cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility and core. The workout is for anyone, regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
All classes focus on slow resistance based movements which sculpt and strengthen the body from head to toe. They stimulate muscle fibres to burn fat and calories.
The Microfomer is the new ultra-compact and convenient version of the Megaformer. It’s the perfect solution for Lagree training at home.
Hi I’m Lorraine.
I’m a highly experienced Lagree instructor. I’ve trained in Los Angeles, with Sebastien Lagree, the founder of this unique fitness method. And I was a lead trainer at one of Europe’s most successful studios.
I’m a former professional dancer and a fully-qualified PT, with a highly successful track record. I’ve worked with clients from all over the world. I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals.
When I’m not teaching, I love a nice glass of red, proper Neopolitan pizza and a good cup of tea and biscuits.
I offer live and pre-recorded online classes. They all combine the super effective Lagree workout with great energy, fun and an unbeatable atmosphere.
The controlled intensity of the Lagree workout means that your metabolism will fire. You’ll burn calories, build muscle and lose fat.
It improves your sense of balance and proprioception.
The workout takes your body through different ranges of motion in a safe but progressive manner. This enhances your flexibility.
It allows you to choose the right level of resistance, so you increase and build muscular endurance.
All Lagree workouts are between 45 and 50 minutes of high-energy fun. You’ll be led through a series of continuous moves to improve the efficiency of your heart and lungs.
All the moves target different areas of the body’s core. This improves and enhances your posture.
My online class schedule gives you a great choice of convenient training times. I think you’ll love the super-fun community atmosphere I create. My class sizes are small, to guarantee the best possible coaching and personal attention.
The Lagree method is growing throughout the world. Celebrities from film and TV love it. Even the Duchess of Sussex (yes Meghan Markle!) is known to be a fan of the Megaformer.

All classes are delivered via the Zoom app. You can download this for iOS or Android.
When you do book, the link for the class will be sent directly to your email via Glofox (you may need to check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
For Microfomer and Megaformer training I recommend you use Grip Socks to help with stability. These are available for purchase (£10.99 plus postage). Please contact us for more details.
For Mat Work classes, if you’re training on a carpet, you may need to go barefoot if you’re using paper or plastic plates or fitness sliders. If you’re on a wooden floor, you’ll need slippy socks or two hand towels or dusters and a small mat, of any type, to protect your knees. You will also need a pair of small dumbbells (between 0.5 and 2kg is recommended) OR anything you have at home of a similar weight (wine bottles and tins work well).
No problem! If you need to cancel a class, please do it, via your personal account on the Glofox APP. If you do this no later than six hours prior to the start time, the class will then be credited back to you.
