As  you probably know, the Love Lagree studio is temporarily closed following the Government’s advice relating to gyms and other leisure industry venues, during the Covid-19 crisis.

So to help our clients during this challenging time, we’ve launched regular ONLINE Lagree-style workouts.

Here are the details:

  • Classes will take place on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Classes will last 40 minutes.
  • On each day, there will be three classes at the following times: 12.30, 17.30 and 19.30.
  • They will be delivered via Zoom, so to ensure the best experience for everyone, they are limited to eight people per class.
  • Each class will be £3.50 per person (via PayPal).
  • For any current Love Lagree clients with remaining studio credits, let me know and we can deduct the online class cost from these, if you wish to.

Please state the class date and time you would like.

I will then send you my PayPal details and confirmation.

Remember

  • If you’re training on a carpet, you may need to wear gym shoes if you’re using paper plates OR fitness sliders do work better.
  • If you’re on a wooden floor, you’ll need slippy socks.
  • You might also need two cushions, towels or slippers, to kneel on for certain exercises.
  • All workouts are via the Zoom app You can download this for iOS or Android.
