STRENGTH & ENDURANCE
All Lagree workouts are between 45 and 50 minutes of high-energy fun. You'll be led through a series of continuous moves to improve the efficiency of your heart and lungs.
All the moves target different areas of the body's core. This improves and enhances your posture.

Each class is taught on the M3S Megaformer.
The unique machine provides an infinite amount of exercises. It uses a system of resistance and counter resistance that places your muscles under constant tension. This allows you to safely work to failure, which is the key to gaining rapid results.
During a Lagree workout you’re guided to move from one exercise to the next. This keeps the heart rate high and the intensity even higher. You’re in that fat burning zone for the entire class with no stress on the joints or spine.

ABOUT LOVE LAGREE
Love Lagree was founded in 2019 by former professional dancer Lorraine Jenkins. She was searching for a workout that was challenging, time-efficient, effective, safe and fun.
Lorraine has trained in Los Angeles, with Sebastien Lagree, the founder of this unique fitness method. She was also a lead trainer at one of Europe’s most successful studios.
Lorraine is a fully-qualified PT, with a highly successful track record and has worked with clients from all over the world.
She’s passionate about helping everyone achieve their personal fitness goals.
When she’s not teaching, she loves a nice glass of red and proper Neapolitan pizza.
